Plenty of strategy, effort and energies are required to come out of the league of Iraq, Syria, Afghanistan, Somalia.
For 10 years now, the Fragile States Index, created by The Fund for Peace and published by Foreign Policy, has put countries into perspective by providing an annual snapshot of their vitality and stability (or lack thereof) and ranking them accordingly.
