Piryanka Motlani: A new outlook to life
I met Wali in a three-day Future Leaders Program by flow (FLP 2013) at ICMAP Karachi with great expectations from the course as well as from the facilitator with respect to my career. The program exceeded my expectations.
A new picture of Piryanka
The event showed me a new picture of Piryanka which I could not probably think of earlier. The day we worked on Personal Leadership module, Wali helped me explore my personality and strengths. He assured us that everybody could capitalise on their strengths provided they believed in themselves.
This self-assessment (used with help from RIDO Scale) and assurance helped me deal with many work-life issues I was facing along with a clear direction for the future.
Wali doesn’t volunteer so you have to ask
I wondered how could a person whom we have just met could just observe another and make out about their personality and behaviour. Wali has this art of not only observing people but also guiding them on how they can make use of their abilities. He doesn’t volunteer so you have to ask him!
I truly regard Wali as a great MENTOR and would do so all my life.
A change in me, my thinking
After training with him, I have found a change in me, my thinking, my way of looking at things, my way of talking to people, my way of evaluating things.
I have started working on my skills to be able to make my career in Learning & Development, and would love if I can get a chance to work with him.
Thank you Sir Wali for always helping and supporting me.
