I recently attended Wali Zahid’s flagship Train the Trainer workshop in Karachi. Quoting exactly what I felt and wrote about those four days:
“I came to the course to become an effective trainer. But little did I realise that it was going to be the beginning of an enormous lifelong learning process. Wali Zahid: a million thanks for a new direction. I just love your facilitation style which is filled with soft stimuli of different learning methods.”
Since then, I have felt significance changes in myself. There is a new version of Fizza who wants to explore new things, get knowledge and facts about what is being said by others, which was never being my style before.
Two of the changes are:
The very first change is: getting focus and attention to detail. As well as big picture. I have started to realize that everything – a picture, a video or a commercial – has a meaning!
Second, and a real big, change is: I have started reading everyday because data is changing so fast. To become an effective trainer, I have to be up-to-date and at the leading edge.
